TIPS ON HEALTHY HAIR

Do you believe that your hair is your asset? All of us really want to have healthy hair. But in some cases, you might find that your hair tends to look flat and unhealthy. In this article, I'll share some tips to get healthy and beautiful hair.

1. Do not use hair dryer excessively

I really recommend you to avoid hair dryer. But sometimes you might find that you really need to use hair dryer to dry your hair faster. In this case, just make sure that you move it around your head very frequently. Do not only focus only to one area. By doing so, you will reduce the possibility of getting your hair damaged. Excessive heat from hair dryer could cause hair loss problem.

2. Use silk or satin pillow cases

Use satin or silk pillow cases. Many doctors believe that if you use cotton pillow cases, you will break your hair easier. It is related to the characteristic of cotton which is a little bit coarser than the silk or satin. Satin or silk pillow cases will allow you to sleep well without damaging your hair.

3. Get enough nutrition for your health

Use some natural products to grow your hair. Fruits, such as avocado and coconut, are very effective for your hair growth. You can also apply olive oil on your scalp to stimulate hair growth. Lemon juice can help you to brighten your hair. What you need to do is just mixing them together and use them in regularly. I really recommend you to use the mixture at least once a day to promote your hair growth.

4. Do not ever use hot water to wash your hair

When you're showering in the morning, use only warm or cold water to keep your hair healthy. You should not use hot water because hot water will irritate your scalp and break the follicle. Cold water is believed to be more effective than the warm water because it could also prevent hair loss.

As you can see from the article above, getting your healthy hair is not that difficult. You just need to do those tips regularly and you will get your beautiful hair pretty soon.
